Born and bred in New Zealand, Janine began a career in customer service with Ansett New Zealand before moving to Canberra with her husband and three month old son.
As the first point of contact for both clients and employees, Janine developed an exceptional understanding of people and personalities. Having managed staffing levels of between 40 and 80 childcarers at any one time, and interviewed thousands of prospective nannies and close to a thousand families, she has developed a fine tuned understanding of what makes relationship work. Janine recognises that life is full of challenges and, in the management of her business, has been assisting clients and staff to address these issues. A passion for personal and professional development led Janine to train as a personal development coach specialising in family and relationship development. In addition to her role with Life7, Janine continues as Managing Director of Mary Poppins Nannies and plans to add significantly to the quality of early childhood development by training and coaching families and childcare workers in advanced relationship and emotional management as well as teaching staff and clients to better manage their work-life balance.
