The Life7 approach to coaching is underpinned by seven principles.
Each principle is closely aligned to the seven habits identified by Dr. Stephen Covey in his ground breaking book, ‘The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’.
Our seven principles operate in congruence within the Life7 Communication Cycle; a communication paradigm consisting of three inseparable segments; personal, organisational and external communication.
Our seven principles are
- Live with integrity.
Take responsibility for your choices and the consequences that result. - Use principle based planning.
Self discovery and envisioning the ideal characteristics of your roles and relationships in life. - Execute with ease.
Plan and prioritise based on importance rather than urgency. - Always look for a ‘win-win’.
Value and understand that a win is always a better solution in the long term. - Seek first to understand.
Good communication is the foundation of successful relationships and great teamwork. - Implement synergy into all aspects of your life.
Encourage and support a framework of values-based work-life integration. - Seek learning opportunities.
Adaptation and renewal of resources are critical to feed continued success.
The implementation of our seven principles is equally effective when applied to the coaching of an individual, a family, members of a team, a business or an enterprise.
The Life7 Communication Cycle
For a person or an organisation to reach their potential, the greatest benefits come from first focusing on the individual.
As an individual, once you better understand yourself, you can then move your attention to organisation, social networks and work teams.
With the support of others, you are then ideally positioned to effectively improve your external communication to all those outside the family, team or organisation.
All parts of the wheel need to be working as one if you are to gain maximum momentum.
Life7 provide coaching support across all segments of the Life7 Communication Cycle, either with a holistic approach or on a project by project coaching or mentoring support role.

More About Life7
If you are using a phone, ‘Life7′ is txt for ‘Life’s Heaven’.
In addition to ‘The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, the number seven is recognised as the symbol for effectiveness and spiritual perfection. It is representative of many things: there are seven days of the week – Shakespeare wrote of ‘The Seven Ages of Man’ – in ancient Egypt, there were seven paths to heaven.
