We offer coaching packages for each of our coaching streams at three price points; Basic, Standard or Premium.

Additionally we offer a range of specific coaching services, such as presentation coaching, team development exercises, interview preparation etc. (See here for a full list of tailored coaching options.)

Basic Coaching Package

This option was originally introduced as a ‘maintenance coaching package’ for ex-clients who wanted to continue benefiting from a professional relationship with Life7 on a less intensive scale. Essentially this option provides for quarterly face-to-face coaching with minimal phone and email support.

This basic package is ideal for helping you to keep focused and accountable on reaching your various life and business targets. 
This is also a very good option for the budget conscious who can’t quite justify the outlay of our Standard Coaching Package.

Standard Coaching Package

This is our most popular package because it provides a comprehensive and affordable coaching service that includes ongoing coaching via phone and email plus monthly face-to-face sessions with your personal coach. 
Whether you choose the business, career or a life coaching steam, our Standard Coaching Package will provide a nice balance of activity for most people.

Premium Coaching Package

Our premium package includes two face-to-face coaching sessions each month in addition to selected bonus coaching sessions from our list of specialist coaching options. 
Premium coaching packages may be customised to include coaching for additional family members or key staff for business clients.
